About the Squad and its Duties

The Squad is a volunteer group of trained individuals who provide services to the community.
The Squad is a certified EMS Non Transport Provider with the State of Indiana and are members of the Indiana Volunteer Fireman's Association.

Activation of the Squad

The Region 3 Rescue Squad does not self deploy. In cases of emergency or disaster the Squad's services may only be requested by fire departments, EMA's, Local, State or Federal Agencies. The Squad will also respond to Mutual Aid request especially where a Mutual Aid agreement is in place.
