The Region 3 Rescue Squad can and will respond to disasters if requested. We can provide Medical Treatment, SAR, Rope Rescue, K-9 operations, Weather Spotter, Communications, Incipient Fire Protection, Haz Mat Awareness Support, Recovery Support, and Wilderness Extraction. The Squad can support all units for up to 72 hours without being re-supplied. We have the capabilities to provide UHF, VHF, Satellite, and Weather radar monitoring. We can monitor up to three frequencies at once and provide a dedicated dispatcher. The Squad has a Public Safety attachment to secure its operations and scenes as well as provide crowd control.

The Squad can provide Non Transport Medical Services and Safety services to any event whether mobile or stationary. In mobile events we can provide non transport mobile EMS services.
